Each treatment blends medical precision with empathy and professionalism so every client feels safe, informed, and confident in their results.As a Traveling Metro Nurse Practitioner (NP) Provider, you will deliver laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols within a 60-mile radius of your home clinic. In this role, you ensure continuity of care while helping clients understand their treatment progress and achieve their desired results.Your Ability to Make a Difference:Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milans standards of professionalism.Position Responsibilities:Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milans established medical protocolsEducate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective resultsDocument treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical recordsPrepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flowMaintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatmentsDiscuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriateEncourage client reviews and referrals through excellent serviceSupport daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client recordsAssist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparationPerform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfactionRequirements:Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is requiredFor Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is requiredAbility to travel within a 60-mile radiusStrong customer service skills and a passion for patient careExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain highly confidential informationInterest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industryAbility to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environmentsA valid drivers license requiredResidence within close proximity to a Milan Laser clinicFollowing successful completion of provider training, Metro Traveling Providers must demonstrate the ability to help train new providers.Supporting DetailsTravel Expectations:Assignments are coordinated by Milans Scheduling Team, with mileage related travel expenses covered. Travel by vehicle is required.
