Every shift brings something different, and your work directly impacts production.What You'll Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, and systemsRespond to breakdowns and get equipment back online quicklyReplace components (bearings, belts, seals, valves, etc.)Assist with equipment installs and upgradesRead schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issuesTrack work orders and repairs in CMMSMonitor equipment and catch issues before they become problemsEquipment You'll Work OnMotors, pumps, compressorsConveyor systems and production equipmentElectrical systems and controlsGeneral facility systemsTools & TechHand and power toolsMultimeters and diagnostic equipmentCMMS/work order systemsRequirementsWhat You Need3+ years of maintenance experience (industrial, mechanical, or electrical)Strong troubleshooting skills-you can work independentlyExperience working with equipment in a production or facility settingAbility to read schematics and manualsKnowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, etc.)Ability to handle physical work and stay activeBonus If You HaveExperience with PLCs or control systemsMaintenance certifications (electrical, HVAC, OSHA)Experience in manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with CNC equipment or blueprintsWork EnvironmentActive industrial settingHands-on, fast-paced workMix of planned maintenance and real-time troubleshootingApply TodayIf you're a dependable, hands-on technician who enjoys solving problems-we want to hear from you.
