Boba Shop Barista

Position Overview: As a Senior Boba Shop Barista, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our drinks and customer service. You’ll be responsible for not only crafting boba drinks but also mentoring junior baristas, overseeing daily operations, and helping ensure the shop runs smoothly. Your passion for boba and leadership skills will set the tone for an excellent customer experience.
