Committed to excellence and collaboration, the team values dedication and a passion for public service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Fort Wayne area. The Northeast Regional Field Director will oversee campaign field operations, lead volunteer recruitment efforts, and organize grassroots outreach initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional strategies, coordinating events, managing communications, training and supervising field staff, and maintaining strong relationships with volunteers and community leaders. The role requires travel within the assigned region and includes evening and weekend work as schedule dictates to meet campaign goals.QualificationsExperience in grassroots organizing, volunteer management, and field operations.Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to lead teams and engage with community stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.Strategic planning and organizational skills to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.Proficiency in technology tools, including campaign software, spreadsheets, and communications platforms.Commitment to the values and goals of the campaign, with knowledge of campaign strategies and political landscapes.Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and to travel within the assigned region.Previous experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or similar settings preferred.
