Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies. Establish project governance, reporting, and control processes. Coordinate efforts across business, technology, and vendor teams. Prepare executive-level status reports, risk assessments, and project updates. Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5-10+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing projects through the full Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct reporting authority. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence across all organizational levels.What's On Offer Salary: $130,000-$140,000 + discretionary bonus.
