Financial AnalystWe're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial health and strategic decision-making across the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Controller, this role is responsible for turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for internal business partners and leadership.What You'll Be DoingReporting & AnalysisOwn recurring financial reports including COGS, units shipped, sales by customer, inventory, powder purchasing, CapEx, and month-end closeBuild and maintain Excel-based financial dashboards and summary reportsProduce executive summaries that translate operational and financial data into leadership-ready insightsMonitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs across departmentsFinancial SupportAnalyze spending trends, budget variances, and cost driversPerform gross margin analysis by product line, customer, or projectTrack CapEx activity against approved budgetsSupport the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast updatesPartner with operations, sales, and engineering teams on ad hoc financial analysisWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field — MBA or advanced degree a plus0–2 years of relevant experience; internship experience, recent graduates, and new MBAs welcomeAdvanced Excel skills required: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power QueryNice to HaveExperience with Power BI or TableauQuickBooks familiarityRelevant certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.)
