Job Description Description:Environmental Services CoordinatorFull TimeWork Order and Transportation ManagementBishop Gadsden is seeking a highly organized and proactive Environmental Services Coordinator to support daily operations by managing work orders, coordinating transportation services, and ensuring efficient task delegation across our Environmental Services team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing priorities, and enjoys being the central point of coordination between staff, residents, vendors, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:1. Work Order Coordination & Delegation Take ownership of incoming work orders by prioritizing, assigning, and balancing workloads across the teamKeep operations running smoothly by monitoring progress and adjusting assignments throughout the dayAct quickly on urgent needs by escalating high-priority or emergency requestsProvide weekly insights on team productivity and aging/on-hold work ordersKeep residents and stakeholders informed with clear, timely updatesPartner with vendors to troubleshoot delays and keep projects moving forwardHelp elevate service quality by gathering and sharing customer feedback2. Transportation Scheduling & Fleet Coordination Serve as the go-to coordinator for all resident and community transportation needsTurn requests into action by efficiently scheduling and dispatching transportation servicesEnsure a seamless experience through clear communication and reliable follow-throughOversee fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel cards, and vehicle accessMaintain accurate records to support compliance, safety, and service quality3.
