Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote positive behavior changes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Implement behavioral therapy techniques and monitor client progress regularly. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to ensure cohesive care. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral interventions and strategies. Stay current with research and best practices in behavioral health and therapy. Skills Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis methodologies. Proficiency in medical terminology related to patient care and behavioral health. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and understanding their unique needs. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life through effective behavioral interventions.
