Preschool Director

Full or Part time Available. Must have experience with Grow NJ, Creative Curriculum and The Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale Bachelors Degree Required Small Center looking for a Director. Full and Part time hours available. PTO , scholarships and childcare - Develop and implement strategic plans and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment - Manage all aspects of the preschool, including curriculum implementation, student enrollment, and staff scheduling - Oversee the education administration, ensuring compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements - Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and address any concerns or issues - Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development ```Experience``` - Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education center - Strong knowledge of education administration principles and practices - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and community members - Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum frameworks and best practices Please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience in education administration.
