FOH Manager - High Volume Seafood Bar Concept

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Front of House Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support an exceptional guest experience within a high-energy seafood and oyster bar concept. This role is heavily focused on floor leadership, guest engagement, team development, and maintaining high hospitality standards during busy services. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced restaurant environments, leads confidently from the floor, and is passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, and team culture.
