Why You'll Love Working HereAnnual bonusUp to 15% 401(k) contribution with no matching strings attached12 days (96 hours) of paid time off (PTO) within the first yearHoliday payMedical, dental, vision, life, short term and long-term disability coverage Safety and care for our employees are core valuesOngoing training and career ladders for advancement Free trash service (in our area)Access to free financial and emotional health supportScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, in officeWhat You'll DoProvide first-level support for IT issues and requests by responding promptly to IT support requests made by phone, email and through the support portal.Troubleshoot and diagnose first-level technical issues and resolve them efficientlyRegularly check the ticketing system for new and ongoing issues and document all actions taken and resolutions providedAssist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, peripherals and mobile devicesProvide associates with initial setup and configuration supportSupport associates with basic network connectivity issues and assist associates in connecting to the networkAssist in maintaining IT inventory and asset management by tracking the distribution and return of IT equipmentAbility to maintain confidentiality, remain open to other’s ideas and exhibit willingness to try new thingsAbility to work well with all associates, including managers and leadership, as well as software/IT vendorsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We're Looking ForAssociate’s degree in a technical field or 2+ years IT Help Deskexperience working in remote and in-person settings Basic knowledge of Microsoft’s core business applications (Outlook,Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive) and operating systems Basic understanding of IT support tools (ServiceDesk Plus, IT glue,NinjaRMM), techniques and how technology is used to provide ITAbility to travel as needed to perform dutiesAbility to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
