Must commit to a minimum of 2 shifts a month. Job Summary: The Mammography Technologist operates a mammography unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician. Specifically, conducts radiology exams and documents clinically appropriate results for interpretive physicians and records. Education and Experience: Graduate of 24-month AMA-approve School of Radiology Technology 12 months of previous experience in diagnostic radiology ARRT certification in Radiology and Mammography Certification Applicable State Licensure, where applicable BLS certification preferred Physical Requirements: Basic lifting as required, not to exceed 50 pounds Must be able to stand, stoop and lift and walk without restrictions.
