Maintenance Supervisor

Immediate opening for a full-time maintenance employee to join residential repair team with a locally owned property management company. Must have experience in all facets of residential repair. Position would supervise one other employee. Applicant should have experience with plumbing, painting, and light electrical repair. This position would also repair light, locks, windows, doors, screens, and walls.
