Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada.Title: Marketing ManagerHours/Week: Full-time, 40 hours Compensation: Salary plus Commission.Reports to: Owner or Marketing Director TerritoryOffice Location Summary: Eagle COTo increase awareness of the Paul Davis brandTo promote the services of Paul DavisTo build industry relationshipsResponsibilities:Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold callingOrganize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visitsManage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand StandardsUtilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notesCollaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing ManagerManage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordinglyAttend business networking functions to promote the businessCoordinate and manage community and charitable eventsSchedule, manage, and present Continuing Education coursesResearch local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-upAttend training courses and annual conference seminars as requestedAny other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basisSkills and Knowledge:Strong verbal and written communicationsStrategic thinking and planningProject management and multitasking capabilityStrong organizational skillsExemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft OfficePersonal Characteristics:Professional demeanorPersonable, presentable, articulateOpen, cooperative, enthusiasticSelf-directed with exceptional initiativeQualifications:Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degreeTwo or more years' sales and marketing experienceFranchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience idealReferences, drug testing, and background check may be requested
