This position will have a focus on Thermoforming within the Manufacturing Process Improvement Team. Incumbent will provide process expertise and support to the plants and will participate on and/or lead Process Standards Teams to ensure horizontal expansion of best practices across AFNA.This Role Will Be Focused On ThermoformingThermoforming expert to drive thermoforming network modernization and PP capacity expansion critical to defend market position and enable growth in sustainable solutions.Thermoforming expert to drive speed to market capabilities that allow us to grow faster.Thermoforming expert to drive rigor and focus on quality needs through process, equipment optimization and quality standards required to win in the marketThermoforming expert to support the Research and Development team on forming new materials for in-line and stand alone thermoformers focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.What You Get To DoImplementation of standardization & CI initiativesProvide process support of key manufacturing processes across plantsIdentify and lead implementation of cost takeout opportunities through waste reduction, material substitutions and equipment modifications. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits. The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations. Compensation for roles performed outside of these jurisdictions may vary.
