The Best Players Need the Best People.The Associate Financial Analyst, FP&A will be active in the consolidated planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis of the TOUR’s performance as directed by the Consolidated FP&A team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field1-2 years’ experience in Accounting/Financial field preferredCPA or MBA preferredExperience in finance or accounting is preferredProficient in Windows environment, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLookup, and formulas) and PowerPoint skillsExperience with General Ledger and/or Financial Reporting systems a plusPossess the ability to think quickly and effectively with strong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication, and research skills requiredResponsibilities/DutiesAssist in consolidation and preparation of annual forecasts, budgets, and other consolidated financial planning requirements of the PGA TOURAssist in monthly business unit and tour forecasting in partnership with operational finance and the FP&A teamAssist with internal management and external stakeholder reportingTrack spending against plan and partner with the various operators to ensure spending remains within approved limitsPerform periodic review of detailed revenues and expenses across the businessPerform ad hoc analyses as assignedSpecial projects or other duties as assigned
