Job description Concierge Choice Physicians (CCP) is a national healthcare marketing and service company that has supported physicians and patients in concierge medicine programs for two decades. Membership medicine is a fast growing niche in the healthcare marketplace, and we have successfully grown along with it, serving as one of the industry’s largest service providers. The Membership Specialist role requires an individual with great patience, a kind phone voice, and an attention to detail. On a daily basis you will provide support to existing members across the country who need our assistance with their membership. You will also get to work with other departments across the company to support the work we do as a team. You will grow to be a great support resource across many teams including data, marketing, sales, and more. General Responsibilities Handle incoming customer/client requests Handle outgoing mailings to clients & potential clients Make outbound calls to customers in follow-up to inquiries Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts Contacting delinquent accounts Collection follow up via phone, email or written correspondence Report billing issues and identify disputes with the accounting team General office & sales support Support other teams as an additional set of hands as needed Required Skills Must have an energetic and kind phone voice Must be a team player willing to lend a hand whenever necessary Self-motivated, interested in taking on greater responsibility over time Detail oriented, tracking all communications within our systems Good sense of humor and engaging personality a plus Must be able to think on your feet and adapt to different situation with ease Please submit your cover letter and resume for consideration for this position.
