In this position, you will design high-performance delta-sigma ADCs and DACs and will also have opportunities to participate in the design of various classes of amplifiers, DC/DC converters, and other circuitry in advanced CMOS processes. This is an important position in a lively, exciting, and dynamic environment that provides excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.Responsibilities:Develop CMOS mixed-signal circuitry from concept to productionModel analog circuits in Matlab, Verilog-A, and SystemVerilogSimulate and verify circuit performance and functionality using Spectre and MaestroSimulation and verification at the chip level using analog-on-top and digital-on-top methodologiesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in Electrical or Computer Engineering.Strong skills in CMOS analog design and layoutStrong s-domain and z-domain analysis skillsSolid understanding of using Matlab, Verilog-A, and System VerilogOrganized and detailed with strong communication skillsPossess outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environmentPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Knowledge of discrete-time and continuous-time signal processingExperience in system and behavioral modelingExperience mentoring junior engineersGood silicon debug skillsUnderstanding of layoutUnderstanding of reliability concernsExperience designing for different CMOS processes and geometry nodes#LI-Hybrid#LI-TM1HOTTExport control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license.
