Our client, a dynamic organization in the agricultural sector, is seeking an Production associate join their team. As an Production Associate, you will be part warehouse and production team.The ideal candidate be able to lift 40-60 lbs, operate forklifts and production equipment.Job Title:ProductionLocation: Scott CityPay Rate: $17/hrWhat's the Job?- Monitor production line for quality and consistency- Build and label boxes.- Package finished goods.- Hand-bottle single containers for small/urgent orders- Build and wrap pallets of finish product.- Move material, packaging, and finished products to established areas using forklift.- Unload bulk tanker trucks and bulk storage tanks using a gas-powered pump. - Perform other duties as needed.What's Needed?Strong verbal and written communication skills- Able to repetitively move/lift 40-60 lbs. unassisted.- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.Operate warehouse forklifts & production equipment as assigned.- Ability to understand and execute instructions.- General understanding of the warehouse and production area footprint - Be able to identify products by size, type, style, or product code.- Solid reading skills - must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.- Basic math skills and reasoning skills Production Job Duties:What's in it for me?Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:+ Medical and Prescription Drug Plans+ Dental Plan+ Supplemental Life Insurance+ Short Term Disability Insurance+ 401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
