Must be senior, able to hit the ground running, be able to go forward with little direction.ResponsibilitiesResearch, debugging, and recurring maintenance for applications supported by the OSOS Web Team.Research, debugging, proof of concept, application development, and other migration related tasks for the Combined Fund Drive Azure migration.Design, debugging, and development for file processing features required by the Combined Fund Drive.Research, design, proof of concept, and application development for modernization of tools and applications supported by the OSOS Web team, primarily for the Combined Fund Drive as it relates to Azure migration and modernization.Research, design, debugging, and development for database resources such as stored procedures, SQL Server agent, design and modification of table, views, and functions.Provide additional support with backlog development, business analysis, and production readiness testing.Support, participation, and developmental collaboration in the creation of a complete library of technical documentation that fully describes the OSOS IT applications and databases.Support of Knowledge Transfer to OSOS IT Staff for on-going maintenance and operations.Provide assistance and expertise on the following technologies used by OSOS:Qualifications -Must-Have SkillsExpert in .NET Framework 4.8 & .NET Core / .NET 8/9/10Expert in Hangfire FrameworkTest-Driven Development (TDD), Unit & Integration TestingAdvanced SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions, SQLMI, SQL Server Agent JobsAzure App Services, Key Vault, SQLMI, Storage Accounts, Access Packages, PIM (Privileged Identity Management), Azure CLIAzure Networking (VNets, Subnets, Private Endpoints, Front Door)SFTP File Processing (Download, Process, Upload)Git Version Control & Branching StrategiesAzure DevOps (CI/CD, Sprints, App & Database Pipelines)Agile Framework and SDLC PrinciplesPreferred SkillsDatadogInfrastructure as Code (IaC)ServiceNowPublic Sector Compliance & Security Standards
