Wingstop Shift SupervisorThe Shift Leader plays a critical role in driving daily restaurant operations, leading team performance, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. Serving as the Manager on Duty, this position is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage fast-paced operations, coach team members in real time, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesShift Leadership & OperationsLead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MODDeploy team members effectively across key positions (kitchen and front of house)Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hoursMonitor ticket times, order flow, and Speed of Service (SOS) performanceAdjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needsCommunicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shiftFood Quality & SafetyEnsure all food is prepared and presented to brand standardsMonitor inventory levels, prep readiness, and product qualityComplete food safety checks, including temperature logs and compliance proceduresMaintain full adherence to food safety regulations and QSC standardsCleanliness & Restaurant StandardsExecute daily cleaning plans and maintain sanitation standardsEnsure cleanliness across the entire restaurant (FOH and BOH)Maintain cleaning systems and documentationSupport equipment upkeep, including fryer maintenance and boil-outsCash Handling & Administrative ExecutionFollow all cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash controlBalance registers and complete required shift documentationExecute opening and closing procedures with consistencySupport deposit processes when assignedGuest ExperienceDeliver fast, friendly, and accurate service on every shiftAddress and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficientlyEnsure team members consistently follow service standardsCreate a positive, high-energy environment that keeps guests coming backQualificationsPrevious restaurant or shift leadership experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWork schedule8 hour shift10 hour shift12 hour shiftWeekend availabilityMonday to FridaySupplemental payTipsBenefitsFlexible schedulePaid time offPaid trainingWingstop - Rogers #2695 13635 Northdale Blvd #5, Rogers, MN 55374, USA
