Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Two's Teacher to join our team at our Child Development Center. The ideal candidate will have experience, patience in working with 2 year old children, drive, teamwork, working well with others, and possess a passion for education. Duties - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the school's curriculum - Provide instruction in Math, Literacy education, and other subjects as required two's age appropriate - Manage classroom activities effectively to create a conducive learning environment - Teaching Strategies principles in teaching methodologies - Monitor and ensure the welfare of all students in the classroom Skills - Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Familiarity with Teaching Strategies Created Curriculum principles is a plus - Strong classroom management skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.33 - $22.08 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift No nights Work Location: In person
