You value clean code, thoughtful problem solving, and building applications that create measurable impact.You’re adaptable, communicative, and motivated by opportunities to grow your technical expertise while contributing to meaningful projects in highly regulated environments.As a Strategio Junior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will:Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting regulatory workflows, analytics, and reporting initiativesBuild and maintain RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot and Python/FastAPIDevelop responsive and accessible frontend applications using Angular and TypeScriptCollaborate with data engineers, security teams, and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsSupport CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and JenkinsImplement automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layersWork with containerized deployments using Docker and KubernetesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesApply secure development principles and maintain strong information security hygieneResponsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality and compliance standardsCore Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field2–4 years of professional software engineering experienceProficiency with Java and/or PythonExperience with Spring Boot and/or FastAPIStrong frontend development experience using Angular and TypeScriptFamiliarity with Git workflows and modern CI/CD practicesUnderstanding of Docker and containerization conceptsExperience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDBBasic knowledge of AWS cloud environmentsUnderstanding of secure application development principles including OWASP Top 10 and least-privilege accessNice-to-Haves:Experience working within financial services or regulatory environmentsFamiliarity with AWS managed services including Lambda, ECS, S3, and RDSExposure to event-driven architectures using Kafka or AWS SQS/SNSBasic understanding of AI/ML integrations or LLM APIsExperience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, JUnit, or PyTestExposure to Agile software development methodologiesYour job search ends here.If you’re eager to contribute to cutting-edge projects and want to work with a high performance team, Apply Here
