Our business value and leadership has been recognized by various market research firms including Forrester and Gartner.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and CanadaSource, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managersCreate and maintain a candidate pipeline for upcoming rolesMaintain ATS systems, collect feedback and calibrate the processWork closely with internal stakeholders and assist them in talent activitiesCreate partnerships with employees and contractorsRequirementsPlease note this is a 3-4 days a week onsite role in Beaverton, OR. No relocation benefits are available for this role at this time. 2-4 years of work experience as a Technology RecruiterBachelors DegreeAbility to coordinate and work with internal teams.Experience working for a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, India)Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Google platformPro-active and self-motivated; can work with limited supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced, growing environment, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving requirementsDetail-oriented, organized, and ability to produce high-quality workExcellent communication skills, enthusiastic, personable and positiveWork authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship required
