We also know that our employees are the key to our success, and it is our mission to take care of them so they can take care of our customers and communities where we live, work, and play.Position SummaryWe are seeking candidates who are passionate about talent acquisition and building high-performing teams that drive Trideum's mission and long-term growth.In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle talent acquisition process—from requisition development and refinement, strategic sourcing, and technical screening through candidate relationship management, selection, and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and corporate stakeholders to understand evolving contract requirements, anticipate workforce demands, and deliver talent solutions aligned with both immediate program needs and broader business objectives.This is an exciting opportunity to influence and strengthen Trideum's talent acquisition strategy across diverse technical and programmatic domains. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, experience supporting technically specialized and cleared hiring, and the ability to apply innovative sourcing methods with emerging recruiting technologies. Success in this role requires a commitment to building exceptional teams while ensuring a high-quality candidate and new-hire experience.Travel: Occasional travel to support recruitment and onboarding events on an ad hoc basis may be required.What You'll DoYour day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:Manage full lifecycle recruitment for cleared and uncleared positions including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand staffing needs, contract requirements, and hiring strategies.Draft, refine, and post job requisitions across ATS platforms, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using networking, referrals, Boolean searches, and cleared talent platforms to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.Recruit for mission-critical roles across a variety of technical disciplines, program management and programmatic support roles, as well as corporate positions.Screen candidates for qualifications, security clearance eligibility, contract requirements, and organizational fit.Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, FAR/DFARS, and other federal regulations.Support proposal recruiting and response staffing for new and existing contract awards.Uphold strict confidentiality, organizational policies, and service excellence standards while building strong candidate relationships.May support new hire onboarding and orientation process as neededAdditional duties as assigned.Requirements And QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline4+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with a focus on passive candidate generation within a government contracting environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and complianceExceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with customer-focused mindsetProficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook)Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms with the ability to learn new software quicklyU.S. citizenship with the ability to successfully complete an extensive background investigationDesired QualificationsTalent acquisition experience in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors preferredTalent Acquisition or Recruiting certification(s) preferred (AIRS certifications, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, etc.)We Take Care of Our PeopleWhether You're Looking To Launch a New Career Or Grow An Existing One, Trideum Is The Type Of Company Where You Can Balance Great Work With Great Life Because We Believe That Taking Care Of Our People Is The Right Thing To Do.
