Quality Inspector
Worcester Manufacturing - - Responsibilities: First-Article & Final Inspection: Perform full layout inspections on a variety of CNC milled, turned, and ground components; Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T specifications with 100% accuracy; Precision Measurement: Use a full suite of manual gauges, micrometers, calipers, and height stands to verify dimensions; Documentation & Compliance: Complete inspection reports and ensure all 'travelers' are properly documented and signed off; Collaborative Quality: Work closely with the machining team to troubleshoot dimensional issues and provide feedback on part accuracy
