You’ll be the first point of contact with future customers — driving outbound across cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. This is a high-energy, in-person role with direct access to founders, mentorship, and a fast track to growth.What You'll DoProspect into key accounts using cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedInWrite and deliver personalized outreach that drives responsesCall into new accounts daily and confidently communicate Cassidy’s valueQualify inbound leads and book meetings for the sales teamCollaborate with marketing and sales to refine ICP, messaging, and sequencesLog activity, track results, and iterate quickly based on dataWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outbound lead generationComfortable making dozens of cold calls per dayExcellent written and verbal communication — you can write and pitchResourceful, curious, and highly coachableBonus: interest in AI, automation, or productivity toolsMust be based in (or willing to relocate to) NYC — this role is fully in-personNo visa sponsorship available.
