Location: Larkin Bldg @ Exchange StreetLocation of Job : US:NY:BuffaloWork Type : Full-TimeShift 1 Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the planning, directing, and monitoring of all processes related to patient financial services of Kaleida Health, including but not limited to billing, AR analysis, follow-up, denials management, underpayments, cash posting / cashiering, as well as any vendor management related to these processes. Position is responsible for continuous improvement and subsequent improvement in net collections and reduction in denials, rework and other inefficiencies as it pertains to both immediate areas of responsibility as well as partnership with upstream areas of the revenue cycle to collaboratively resolve these items. Education And Credentials Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare related field or similar required. Masters of Science preferred. Experience7 years of experience in Patient Financial Services leadership in large healthcare organization required.
