The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations of our organization, including record keeping, financial reporting, and budget management. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.Responsibilities:Record cash entries and reconcile bank statements on a daily basisReview journal entries and ensure accuracy and completenessPrepare monthly financial statements and reports for management reviewAssist with month end closeMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactionsPerform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesCollaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and completeStay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principlesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
