About the Role
Yacht Network—is expanding and seeking a driven sales professional.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in commission-only sales, enjoys working around boats, and loves building relationships.
You Will:
Cold call & prospect to build new listings
Gather vessel details (makes, models, engines)
Manage CRM records
Conduct showings & handle buyer inquiries
Manage offers, surveys, sea trials & closings
Provide strong client aftercare
You Need:
5+ years sales experience
Strong phone skills + cold calling confidence
CRM experience (any platform)
Reliable vehicle
Real boating experience
Ability to work evenings/weekends during boating season
Compensation
100% commission.
Most active brokers exceed $100K. Top earners exceed $200K.
