Camp Counselor

Responsibilities:Work directly with Camp Director/Assistant Camp Director to supervise all camp attendees on a daily basis.Meet parents and youth camp participants on a daily basis; allow the parents to get to know you and make them feel comfortable about leaving their child with you.Be either at check in desk or on court waiting for participants to arrive each dayAssist Camp Directors with leading camp participants through warm upAssist Camp Directors will running drills for the daily activitiesLead by example and expect high energy and engagement with all camp participants by camp counselorsAssist camp participants with lunch proceduresInstruct basic fundamentals of tennis, along with different games/drills to focus on balance, hand/eye coordination, agility, and movement (class itinerary will be done by Camp Director)Engage in activity with the children on a daily basisAddress conflict between camp participants in conjunction with Camp DirectorsHave fun! When the camp leaders have fun, the kids have fun!
