The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the BPV Division.Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.Handle program-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.Process Certificate of Inspection fees.Print and mail certificates, invoices, and notices of violation.Prepare and distribute license renewal notices.Scan, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.Support division operations with additional administrative tasks as assigned.Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Professional phone etiquette.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.Dependable with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (Minimum 1 year experience required).Preferred AttributesStrong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in a government or regulatory environment is a plus.
