Regional Technical Sales Manager

MAU is hiring a Remote Regional Technical Sales Manager for our clientin Franklin, GA. As a Regional Technical Sales Manager, you will managean assigned sales territory to achieve or exceed order intake, turnover,and cash flow targets for measuring transformers while serving as theprimary interface between the company and customers. This is adirect-hire opportunity. This is a fully remote position open tocandidates located anywhere in the U.S.Benefits Package$115,000-$130,000 annual salaryAnnual bonus structure reflective of revenue/profit401(k) match up to 5%Shift InformationRemote roleMonday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**Hours may vary according to business needsEducation and ExperienceTechnical degree from a technical college or higher (electricalengineering preferred)5+ years of outside sales experience of technical products(industry/manufacturing preferred, electrical/energy industrypreferred)Knowledge of an ERP system - preferredGeneral RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHigh degree of independence and customer focus with motivation toachieve long-term customer loyaltyAbility to coordinate and cooperate with different departments andcustomersAbility to coordinate several parallel projectsWillingness to engage with other cultures in international businessAbility to manage complex processesEssential FunctionsManage sales activities (customer care, acquisition, consulting,quoting, and sales processing) for the U.S. affiliateRespond to all RFQs and inquiries and prepare commercial andtechnical quotations, including calculationsBuild and maintain efficient customer relationships and understandcustomer-specific needsDefine and implement sales strategies appropriate to each customerto secure and expand volume and further develop businessrelationshipsDefine and implement sales targets, product mix, and pricingstrategyConduct contract negotiationsIdentify new sales opportunities with existing and prospectivecustomers and execute necessary sales activitiesEnsure appropriate commercial and technical aspects in offerpreparation, including pricing, delivery conditions, and tradingconditions (export restrictions, etc.)Manage external representatives (agents, dealers, etc.) within theassigned sales areaDevelop and maintain the agent network to ensure complete salesterritory coverageLead sales-related projects and coordinate information flow betweenthe affiliate, customers, representatives, and internaldepartmentsMonitor customers' financial situations and ensure timely paymentAchieve targets related to delivery reliability, product quality,service quality, and customer satisfactionCreate and update the sales budget and sales forecastsParticipate in and support marketing campaigns (trade fairs,presentations, etc.)Develop and update market intelligence related to customers,competition, trends, and new developmentsWorking ConditionsRemote work environmentApproximately 25% travel within the U.S. and occasionallyinternational travelSales region of coverage will be determined based on the domicile ofthe selected candidate
