This individual will focus heavily on proactive outreach and pipeline development, playing a key role in identifying hard-to-find talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and brings a strong sense of ownership and urgency to their work.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles including engineering, UX, and productUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build strong talent pipelinesConduct initial screenings to evaluate technical capabilities and overall fitManage a high volume of open roles simultaneously while maintaining qualityPartner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate profilesMaintain organized tracking of candidates and recruiting activityConsistently deliver strong candidate flow and meet recruiting goalsQualifications:Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in technical recruitingDemonstrated success sourcing and placing technical candidatesStrong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing passive talentAbility to assess technical skill sets across multiple disciplinesExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environmentHighly organized with strong time management skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiativeExperience with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday)Additional Details:Contract opportunity – 4 monthsImmediate start preferredPerks:Fully remote work environmentOpportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative recruiting teamExposure to a variety of technical roles and hiring strategiesFast-paced environment with the ability to make immediate impactAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
