Quality Manager

At Cas Composite, we’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate our Quality Management System within an FAA-certified repair station environment.This role goes beyond compliance — it’s about building a culture of quality, ensuring audit readiness at all times, and driving continuous improvement across operations. You will own the RSQCM, lead audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet FAA, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.If you have a strong background in aviation quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the RSQCM (Repair Station Quality Control Manual)Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirementsPlan and lead internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure of findingsMonitor and analyze quality KPIs, identifying trends and driving corrective actionsOversee documentation control and ensure accurate, audit-ready recordsLead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Train and support teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve process performance and product qualityServe as the primary point of contact for all quality-related mattersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field5+ years of experience in quality management systemsProven experience in audit management (internal, external, and customer audits)Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworksExperience with root cause analysis and corrective action processesExcellent communication and leadership skills Key Competencies:Leadership and team managementContinuous improvement mindsetStrong organizational skillsDecision-making ability Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies-------*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time*-------About CAS Composite Since our establishment in 2016, CAS Composite has stood out as an FAA/EASA/UK CAA-certified maintenance facility.
