We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.Job Title: Salesforce Architect / DeveloperLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)Duration: ContractEmployment Type: W2Pay Rate: $37/hourJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect / Developer to support a Client project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.Define interaction requirements across components, subsystems, and interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on Salesforce development and production support.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.Build reusable components and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including code refactoring and development process optimization.Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and planning.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.Strong hands-on experience in application design and software development.Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including:ApexLightning (LWC/Aura)Data modeling and object relationshipsSecurity and sharing modelExperience with low-code capabilities such as validation rules, workflows, and process flows.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience working in Agile environments.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce Certifications (preferred):Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce App BuilderSalesforce Platform Developer I/IIJavaScript Developer IExperience working in enterprise-level environments and complex integrations.Core CompetenciesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFocus on quality, scalability, and performancePay rate: $30-$37/hr on W2Please click on the link below for our company benefitsDTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
