Construction Estimator - San Mateo, CAWe’re consistently recognized for delivering complex healthcare, education, and technical projects, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and repeat clients, and we’re hiring an Estimator to support preconstruction across multiple projects.The Estimator supports precon by preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, developing complete estimates (up to $5M), soliciting and leveling subcontractor bids, reviewing plans and specifications for scope gaps, and coordinating closely with project teams and subcontractors throughout the process.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction or related field5+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GCStrong attention to detailPositive attitudeYou’ll be working with experienced estimators and PMs who are hands-on and expect accuracy.
