M365 Engineer

We're partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team responsible for the administration, optimization, security, governance, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 platform. This role will play a key part in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, driving automation, and enhancing productivity and collaboration across a large user base.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, support, and enhance Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Purview, Viva, and Power PlatformDevelop and implement solutions that improve platform performance, governance, security, and user experienceDesign and build automation to streamline administration and operational processesPartner with infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams on strategic initiativesSupport platform modernization, migrations, and continuous improvement effortsAssist in establishing and maintaining governance, compliance, and information management practicesProvide technical guidance and support for enterprise collaboration servicesQualificationsStrong hands-on experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 environmentsExperience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 deploymentsDeep expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft TeamsAdvanced PowerShell skills, including designing, developing, and maintaining scripts and automation solutions from scratchExperience leveraging Microsoft Graph API to build and support enterprise automation and administration solutionsExperience with Microsoft Purview and related governance, compliance, retention, and information protection initiativesExperience administering or supporting the Microsoft Power PlatformStrong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience working in large, complex enterprise environmentsExperience within financial services or other highly regulated industriesExposure to Power BI, Slack, Confluence, or MiroExperience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations, modernization efforts, or transformation initiativesThis is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges, building scalable automation, and helping shape the future of a large Microsoft 365 environment.
