Competitive Intelligence Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.This role will drive cross-functional programs that support vendor governance, data operations, and strategic planning across the organization. The person in this position will partner closely with sourcing, privacy, and other internal stakeholders to strengthen process discipline, improve operational efficiency, and help scale data-driven decision-making. It is a highly visible role with opportunities to influence team effectiveness, program execution, and adoption of new technologies, including AI.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annuallyResponsibilities Partner with sourcing and privacy teams to manage data contracts and ensure compliance Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and increase vendor value Develop and maintain governance best practices while managing vendor relationships Create program roadmaps, provide updates, and communicate risks and necessary adjustments Collaborate on internal processes to enhance team optimization and documentation Define and oversee strategic initiatives for team efficiency and impact Leverage AI to boost productivity and support team-wide adoption of new technologiesQualifications 6+ years of program/project management experience focused on vendor management or business operations 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects, including 3P data source integration Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides, with data modeling and tracking experience Proven track record of establishing and leading scalable programs Strong relationship-building skills with peers and senior stakeholders across locations Ability to drive change through effective communication of data Experience managing competing priorities and solving operational problemsBenefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative work environment Involvement in strategic initiatives that drive impact Flexibility in work arrangements Access to data and tools that promote innovation and efficiencyOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
