The Security Solutions Project Manager will oversee and manage security system projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution of project plans. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients, supervising teams, creating and maintaining project schedules, and managing project budgets. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, solve complex problems, and ensure high standards of service delivery.QualificationsStrong Project Management and Program Management skills with experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projectsExceptional Communication and Consulting skills to facilitate client interactions, present solutions, and coordinate with project teamsProficient Analytical Skills to assess project needs, identify risks, and develop effective solutionsA proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle competing prioritiesProficiency in relevant project management software and tools Familiarity with security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, and cybersecurity) is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experiencePrior experience in security, construction, or technology project management is a plusStrong leadership and organizational skills coupled with a client-focused approach
