Digital Marketing Coordinator

Note: This is NOT a social media role.The Bengals are seeking an organized, driven and detail-oriented digital marketer. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day outbound marketing and communications, primarily email marketing, sending push notifications, and paid social.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:The Digital Marketing Coordinator position will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, the following:Oversee and execute a top end email marketing strategy including but not limited to segmenting, building, proofing, deploying and reporting on all team email content & communicationsCollaborate across several departments to achieve our goals of growing the active user database, increasing fan engagement and driving revenue through emailManage the subscriber database and work closely with business analytics to ensure a clean and accurate environmentImplement A/B testing to optimize open, click & conversion ratesCreate and maintain landing pages and formsSet up automated and segmented customer journey/nurture campaignsBuild and maintain an email deployment calendarDeploy push notifications through the official Bengals App and develop a push notification strategy in line with the email marketing strategyAnalyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and continuously improve the overall digital marketing strategyAssist with all other digital marketing areas, including but not limited to paid social media, Bengals.com and the official Bengals AppCollaborate with other teams, such as social media and content, to ensure cohesive messaging and brandingAttend weekly meetings for different business units within the organizationActively participate in training sessions both virtual and in-personWork games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assignedPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager and/or the Director of ContentQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, communications, or related field.1-2 years of relevant digital marketing experienceHTML coding skills are a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAvailability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidaysDesire to be a marketing industry leaderAbility to work as a team playerProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsBasic Photoshop skills are a plusWORK ENVIRONMENTThis position would be on location, 40+ hours a week.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:Are you able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as required by the Cincinnati Bengals' schedule?Are you able to relocate to (or already reside in) the Cincinnati area and work in person at our office?Do you have at least 1-2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience for a brand, organization, or team (not personal accounts)?Do you actively follow the National Football League and have a working knowledge of football, teams, players, and league culture?Are you legally authorized to work in the United States and able to meet all employment requirements for this role?
