The position is based on site in downtown Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a prestigious company that offers fantastic benefits and potential for growth!Job DetailsManage event vendors such as catering, décor, entertainment, and venuesPrepare site visit itineraries and coordinate visitsManage event supply inventory, including ordering of branded itemsProvide on-site guest list management and registration supportProvide general administrative assistance to multiple executivesManage calendars and meeting schedules in OutlookProcess invoices and prepare detailed expense reportsManage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documentsMaintain detailed Excel reports and Word documentsManage general logistics and planning, including coordination of temporary staffSalary: $90-100k per year, based on experienceExcellent benefits package includes health insurance and 401kSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree required5-7 years' Executive Assistant experience, with preferred background in finance or other professional servicesEvent coordination/hospitality experience, a major plus!Experience with expense management software, such as ConcurTeam player with excellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat eye for detail and sharp proofreaderProven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgementJ-18808-Ljbffr
