This role requires exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thoughtful conversations with clients and prospects, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and persuasive communication.Recruit and source candidates across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, databases) to build high-quality pipelines.Manage client outreach and correspondence, tailoring tone and approach to varied communication scenarios.Support brand presence using digital tools (e.g., Squarespace, Canva) for social media and marketing initiatives.Collaborate on social content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign structure.Assist in training and supporting recruitment initiatives, including process management and best practices.Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and project tools (e.g., Monday.com, Google Sheets).Participate in planning and executing exclusive Linx mixers, benefits, and client-facing events.Apply strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.QualificationsExceptional interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and trust quickly.Confident communicator—persuasive, quick on your feet, and comfortable with high-end client interactions.Highly organized with excellent time management; skilled at balancing competing priorities and delegating when appropriate.Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).Familiarity with Squarespace, Canva, and major social platforms; basic design sensibility is a plus.Collaborative team player who thrives in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment.Ability to work in-office 1–2 days/week (Menlo Park) with flexibility to work remotely otherwise.Able to safeguard highly private, sensitive information with respect and the utmost confidentiality.Collaboration At Linx Dating, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
