Based in Dallas, you play a vital role in ensuring materials flow smoothly across the supply chain, resolving discrepancies, and driving efficient warehouse and production operations across North America.General ResponsibilitiesManage up-to-date and accurate inventory records in SAP Ensure ad-hoc and routine cycle counts are executed timely and as per procedure by Logistics Service Partners, follows analysis and corrective actionsOrganize and lead annual/physical stock counts as per procedureInvestigate and help resolve inventory variances or discrepancies (quantity, lot number…) in coordination with Logistics Services Partners and DKSH teamsMonitor inbound and outbound inventory transactions for accuracy Assist in generating inventory and usage reports and analysis for internal teams.Participate in continuous improvement activities related to inventory accuracy and efficiency, including data exchange automation initiativesMonitor Logistics Services Partners performance and compliance as per SOPFunctional Skills And KnowledgeExperience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments; at least 3 years of prior experience in 3PL management or a similar Inventory Management roleAdvanced Excel skills required with prior experience analyzing complex data such as inventory trends, stock levels, or demand patternsProficient in SAP and Power BIFluent in written and spoken EnglishEffective problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesWillingness to travelWhat We OfferPerformance-based bonusesHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team cultureWhy It’s Great to Work at DKSHAt DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
