Now under new ownership and management, we are seeking a Designer/Outside Sales professional who combines a sharp eye for aesthetics with a collaborative, team-first attitude and a proven ability to drive results. We offer the stability of a 35-year legacy backed by an updated leadership team focused on results and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Home Design: Travel to pre-set appointments in the FWB region to assess kitchen and bathroom spaces.Consultative Selling: Guide homeowners through design options, material selection, and project scope.Closing: Deliver professional proposals using our sales software and utilize strong closing skills to secure contracts on-site.Teamwork: Work with our internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation. Skills & Qualifications3+ years of proven sales experience required (Home Remodeling or Design background preferred).A sharp eye for kitchen/bathroom trends, spatial planning, and interior aesthetics.A documented track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to confidently close the dealMust have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to appointments.Proficiency with Marketsharp CRM or Salespro, or other similar programs, is a significant plus.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-facing presence.
