The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently.The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers.Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core ValuesCorrectly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin locationMake necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock productsMaintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulledMaintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selectingMaintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checkingPack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at deliveryTag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipmentMaintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer ordersWork with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machinesRestock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racksInform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all itemsWork with and maintains computer equipmentAssists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory processPractices teamwork and cooperation with coworkersSeeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivityUndertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detailLift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shiftProperly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jackPush or pull 50-100 pounds regularlyOther projects as assigned by managementEfficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management TeamWorking in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHAShould possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the dayAttendance and Timeliness is required.
