This role offers the opportunity to work on both new builds and renovations, collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.What You’ll DoPartner with clients to understand project goals, constraints, and success criteriaDevelop and evaluate mechanical design solutions, guiding clients toward the best approachLead the development of design documentation including:Conceptual designsEquipment selectionConstruction drawingsSpecificationsEnergy modelingCoordinate across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure code-compliant and constructable designsAct as the Mechanical Lead Engineer on assigned projects, reviewing designs and calculations for accuracy and qualityManage project quality, schedule, and budget expectationsCommunicate effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and vendorsServe as the owner’s representative during construction:RFIsSubmittal reviewsSite inspectionsMentor and support junior engineers and designersWhat We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering designStrong experience with multi-disciplinary project coordinationProven ability to lead projects and manage client relationshipsExperience with mission-critical or complex facilities is a plusRevit experience preferredIf this sounds like a fit or something you’d be open to learning more about, feel free to apply or reach out directly.
