Youth Care Worker
As a Youth Care Worker, you will facilitate a positive living environment for our teenage residents by offering support, encouragement, and guidance. The ability to understand the perspective of others is critical and staff must truly care about the success of youth. Additional shifts may be available for individuals interested in working additional hours above the minimum requirement. Typical shifts for this position include:Weekdays - 3pm to 10pm Weekends - 9am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and midnight to 6amHolidays (rotation) - 9am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and midnight to 6am
