What You'll Do Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence Drive the design, development, and delivery of complex electrical systems Improve engineering processes, workflows, and team productivity Partner cross-functionally with program, project, and technical stakeholders Contribute to technical strategy, solution development, and proposal efforts Ensure high-quality execution in a results-driven environment What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 8+ years of engineering and/or systems experience Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment Experience improving engineering processes and team efficiency U.S. Citizenship required Nice to Have Experience in defense, aerospace, military, or space programs Background in RF, microwave, or mission-critical communication systems Experience supporting proposals, bids, and technical solutioning Leadership across multi-disciplinary engineering teams Client-facing technical leadership experience
