Every other weekend required.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with home health experience to join our team. The PTA will be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy services in a home care setting, supporting patients with various health conditions.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and document patient progress regularly.Utilize equipment and devices such as crutches, gait belts, and rolling walkers.Implement and oversee home exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.Educate patients and families on medications, signs, and symptoms of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse.Assist in lifting and transferring patients with appropriate techniques and tools.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.Valid Florida PTA license or a compact license.BLS certification required.OASIS training preferred.Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
